Yeah, they're all very beautiful. The best (to me) are the Maleficent and Gothel ones.

Yeah they're by the well-known J Scott Campbell. I'm a HUGE fan of his and my art is heavily influence by him.

He drew these because he's heavily influenced by Disney too. Especially Marc Davis.

here's me with him https://pbs.twimg.com/media/A5IqXSUCIAAlWU_.jpg:large

You can get prints of these at Disneyland's Wonderground gallery. and only there. I wish someone over there could get me some.

Oh that is cool. I would like to get some as well. I also love the Maleficent and Gothel ones But my favorite is the Queen of Hearts.
I'll have to find a way to get them...

Interesting note is that he drew the princesses and the their villain counterpart separately. Also the princesses aren't in color in the original but in warm and cool grey copic markers. An artist name Nei did the coloring and I think she also put the two images into one as well on Photoshop.

Have fun trying to buy the original original of his. They're expensive as fuck. Could get to be around 5 to 10 thousand dollars.

Wish he'd make an Eilonwy/Horned King one too, but I doubt Disney would pay/allow him to do so.

A Melanie/Phantom design (from the Disneyland Paris attraction) would also be cool.

Well they go by theme of protagonist's item or symbolic theme associated with them according to Campbell:

Ariel- "Her Voice"

Aurora- "Her Sleep"

Snow White- "Her Apple"

Cinderella- "Her Shoe"

Alice- "Her Wonderland"

Rapunzel- "Her Hair"

I think he's only doing ones with a female heroine and a female villain hence why he hasn't done Jasmine, Tiana, or Belle yet but did Alice.

Belle- "Her Beauty"

Tiana- "Her Soul"

Jasmine- "Her fabulous wardrobe"

I've always enjoyed J. Scott Campbell's work and am happy to see genuine Disney art by him since he's perhaps best known for his Fairytale Fantasies series which uses Disney as an inspiration, anyway. My favorite from his Wonderground series for Disney is "Her Sleep" (thought I'd say "Her Wonderland," didn't you?). I love how Aurora's hair perfectly fills up Maleficent's robes and creates a nice balance. My second favorite is "Her Hair." Even in his distinctive style, Campbell manages to nail Rapunzel's look in 2D better than Disney's merchandising department can (look at her overbite!). All are beautiful, though (kudos to Nei Ruffino for getting Cinderella's hair color right), and I hope prints of these are still around when I head to Disneyland in August.
