Robert Edwards Has Died

Robert Edwards, the scientist known as the father of IVF for pioneering the development of "test tube babies" for couples unable to conceive naturally, died on Wednesday aged 87.

Yes, many people are thankful for the work he's pushed forward. Rest in peace.

It's hard to believe that people initially thought test tube babies would be some sort of Frankenstein monsters.
