*The Disneystore 25th Series has an odd design compared to all the others. I still listed them for the characters they portrayed, but wanted to note their different-ness.

**The Cinderella 7-Piece Set includes Vinylmations of Cinderella, Prince Charming, Fairy Godmother, Drizella, Anastasia, and mini-Vinylmations of Gus-Gus and Jaq.

-And that's all I got. I personally only own one of these things (Professor Ratigan of course!) but plan on collecting more of characters I like (mostly villains) in the future. I wanted a handy checklist that would be easy to look up by film and therefore, by character. My OCD kicked in and took care of the rest. I figured I'd share.

You may see a few missing... I tried to leave off the 9-inch and 1.5-inch Vinylmations (which is why you'll see Maleficent--among others--is missing) and focus exclusively on the regular, 3-inch Vinylmations (for the sake of unity) based on characters from the Disney Animated Canon.

Nice list! I am really surprised that they haven't released any for Sleeping Beauty seeing as how Maleficent is so popular.

She had a 9-inch Vinylmation and another 9-inch Vinylmation of her in her Dragon-Form. Jafar also had a 9" one of him in his Genie-Form. The Horned King also had one. And Jumba from Lilo & Stitch. But, yeah, it is surprising Sleeping Beauty hasn't gotten a single 3" Vinylmation. (Scratch that! I stand corrected.)

No, I only own one at the moment, which is Professor Ratigan. I just think they're cool, and found myself wondering, "Which characters have been released and which haven't?" So, I started a list to help me see, and figured I'd share it.

I plan on getting characters I like (mostly villains) and just admiring the rest. I'm just too poor to be able to collect all the ones I want.

The ones I *really* want and hope to get are Frollo, Scar, Gaston, Hades, Sir Hiss, Lucifer, Timothy Mouse, The Cave of Wonders and the Genie. I'm going to be scouring eBay for those over the next few months to try and get them for reasonable prices. I'd want Jafar, too, but his looks silly to me. The design on that one, with his face going into the vinylmation body, causes his neckline to meet the boots of the figure and makes it look like Jafar has breasts.

I also can't wait until Villains Series 4 comes out to see who they'll be releasing. I'd LOVE to see a proper Maleficent, The Horned King, Fidget, Iago, the villain from Wreck-It Ralph (don't want to spoil who that is for members who haven't seen it) and the Sheriff of Nottingham. (And a better Jafar, since his was also a Chaser, meaning it's much rarer and therefore difficult to get your hands on. I think he goes for around 30-40 bucks on eBay.)

I'm SO excited to see Basil receive a Vinylmation! I love that I'll have one of him to go with my Ratigan. (If only they'd have given him a little magnifying glass in his hand, he'd have been PERFECT. As it is, he's not too shabby. But what a missed opportunity!) I really want to see Fidget in Villains 4. Assuming they do Villains 4. (They'd be stupid not to!)

As a rant, I really want another Jafar. A Proper one. The Chaser of him from Villains 1 looks rubbish and even if it didn't, it's so hard to get being a chaser (Why make one of your most popular villains so hard to get!?) and if they can release 3 or 4 different figures of the Queen of Hearts, surely they could do another Jafar. (And Captain Hook! His Villains 2 figure is... probably my LEAST liked of any Vinylmation I've seen.)

I really want to see them do a full bodied Jafar that comes with a Cobra Staff and hat piece. They need to do a 3" Maleficent, too. And the Horned King. And the Sheriff of Nottingham. McLeach, Joanna, LeFou, Iago, Brom Bones, Kronk, King Candy... There are still SO many they could do. (And re-do.) The split face designs in Villains 2 REALLY looked awful in a lot of cases (Honest John and Dr. Facilier and the aforementioned Hook come to mind. The Queen and Lady Tremaine weren't BAD, but I still greatly prefer the full body designs.) And what was up with Mad Madame Mim? Did they just do the head design and go, "Eh. That's good enough. Forget designing her a body, we'll just paint her green!" It's a shame, because I love it when they utilize the lesser-seen lesser-merchandised villains. I would have loved to have Madame Mim, but her design just turns me off so bad I can't bring myself to want it.

Anyway, enough ranting! I'm just excited by a lot of these! Are there any characters you all REALLY hope to see in the future?

I'm pretty sure that the other character is Vulcan (Hephaestus). He was the God who provided Zeus with his lightning bolts so Zeus could wreck Bacchus's (Dionysus) party.

Thanks. I didn't know the character's name, but I did vaguely remember him. He's also in Hercules giving Zeus his bolts when the Titans invade Mt. Olympus. The original post has been edited.

I wish I had the money to pick some of these up. Though I also wish I could find a store near me that actually has them, sadly the nearest Disney store is a little ways away from me.

I was quite lucky enough, however, to pick up one of the villains. I wound up getting Hades.

Wal-Mart has a Peter Pan one attached to a Blu-Ray release, but I think it would quite expensive. =/

I'm in the same situation as you. The closest Disney Store to me is almost four hours away in the next state over, so, I can't afford to go there. I've also never been to any of the parks and can't trade there. So, I've had to resort to eBay to get the few I have. (Which, so far, are only Ratigan, Frollo, Madame Medusa and the Queen of Hearts.) But at least you got a great figure! Hades is one of my all time favorite Vinylmation designs. I keep waiting for him to pop up on eBay for a reasonable price, because he, along with Chernabog, Gaston and Scar, is my current most wanted. I love the clear-blue effect on the head of his figure, and I think they handled his face perfectly.

Honestly, I had been hoping for the Big Bad Wolf, given how rare it is to see him on anything. However, I am quite happy with Hades, and am a little bit glad it wasn't Bowler Hat Guy.

So far, the confirmed figures in the set are Beast, Belle, Gaston, Lumiere and Cogsworth. I think we'll see LeFou in this set as well. I wonder if the Chaser will be the 'Prince'? Anyway, I've edited the original post to add these.

I gotta say, this Gaston pales in comparison to the one in Villains 3. I thought that one was gorgeous. This one doesn't hardly resemble the character. Belle looks a bit wonky, too. :/ I think, so far anyway, Lumiere is the stand out of this bunch.

MALEFICENT & MAD MADAME MIM!





I hope these aren't going to be incredibly difficult to come by, but it sounds like they're going to be exclusive to a Disney Parks Event. I fucking LOVE this Madame Mim. SUCH an improvement over Villains 1. Maleficent...eh. I think whether they include the staff or not is what will make or break her. If they don't, I don't really care for the overall design. If they do, I can ignore the bow.

Yellow Pascal variant doesn't exist. It was scrapped.

I can't wait for the 13 Reflections of Evil event! Shouldn't be to hard to get that Mim set on eBay. Last years sets only go around $10 more then what they cost at the event.

Awesome! I've been eagerly awaiting the rest of the Beauty and the Beast series to be announced/leaked! I'm SO thrilled they used Monsieur D'Arque! I was hoping they would, but figured he was a long shot! And LeFou is another I expected, so I'm glad to see he made it in. I agree with you, the Bimbette will probably have Variants.

For some reason, I'm feeling the chaser may end up being the Wardrobe...

And I'm REALLY hoping they'll do an Aladdin series soon.
