Wow talk about a disappointing release. I am glad they are getting more of the episodes out, but there are still over 12 episodes missing from this set such as the banned episode (which I swear I remember seeing). Also, that subtitle is just pointless.

Could've just made one more volume, Warner! As for the banned episode, sigh, it happens.

The sad thing is I doubt there will be enough sales to persuade Warner to release the last dozen. But, I will be getting this. At least the cover is consistent!

Never say never. But if sales aren't good, there's always the Warner Archive.

So disgusting that they won't put the banned episode on the DVD... I can't stand censorship like that

Well, they do crack up all the censors
Jokes aside, they should put them on DVD, Hopefully they will in the 4th volume (if there will be one). Especially since the back of the box says it's not rated

Guys, shouldn't we be thankful that we're even getting more of the show, and not in a single-disc format? Yes, it would be nice to have "Elephant Issues", but it shouldn't be too much of a surprise that they dropped it.
At least we're getting 16 more episodes of the show on DVD, and that should count for something, right?

^^^ that is very true, I was afraid when I clicked on the link that it'd end up being an over-priced "burn-on-demand" release, but I'm happy and surprised that it's going to be a legit retail release.

It really isn't that surprising when you think about it, since as of late, WHV's kids department has become increasingly less legit.
Remember the fiasco from a couple of years ago when the new single disc Bugs and Daffy releases only contained the later shorts in widescreen, which horribly cropped the cartoons? Expect more of that.

So, why did "Elephant Issues" get banned in the first place. I'm guessing it's something trivial?

Look up the "One Beer" short on YouTube.

How ironic. A cartoon about the dangers of alcohol gets banned under the pretense of glorifying alcohol.

It was fan outrage that did it. Unlike a certain Mickey Mouse organization, Warner is good at listing to what the fans want.
