It's official: No PC Capture program will work for me.

I've tried hypercam, camstudio, camtasia studio, and a couple others I cant remember, and they all lag like hell.
Also tried fraps, and it has a great framerate, but forces the program into lower resolution and makes it ugly as hell.
using an external recording device for now.
