They're a bit of a letdown, just like the new Peter Pan ones. I was hoping I'd like Maid Marian and Prince John since I didn't get the latter when it was out the first time and the former was the only other character besides Lady Kluck that I had much interest in, but I don't think they turned out that great.

They've revealed some more upcoming pops. Looks like Mirabel and Casita will be the next one in the Pop Town line, following Aurora. :) They also have some new Bambi pops. I'm personally iffy about how a lot of their animal-based pops turn out, didn't like the first Bambi pops they made some years ago, but Bambi and Flower look good. I think the addition of a flower base let them manipulate the mold more. Still not crazy about how Thumper turned out though.

Is this the new Thumper? Weird he didn't get a flower base too!

That's it! Yeah, I thought it was odd, too, but I guess they do have him holding a flower at least.

Yeah, Glinda, the Scarecrow, and the Town all look great, but they're all nice! I really wish I had got the original Wicked Witch of the West back in the day though. I wonder if the new one might cause some people to sell their old one. :P

Apparently there are some new Sleeping Beauty pops coming. I do like Maleficent with candle since its one of her more fun moments in the film, but I have several Maleficent pops already (same with the dragon pop, I already have one of it that I like better, so pass). The Merryweather pop is cute though! I thought since it was the anniversary, they might release versions of the three good fairies in their peasant garb. Since I passed on the original three-pack, I was sort of hoping. And looks like we finally have another one of the princes with Phillip getting made.

Also there are some more Stitch variants, this time with him dressed as other Disney characters the way Olaf was a while back (Stitch as Simba, as Pongo, and two others, I forget who).

There was a leak about the next year or so, I believe Cinderella was listed as getting more pops (Cinderella herself, the Fairy Godmother, Prince Charming, and Jaq & Gus). At least I think the Fairy Godmother was the fourth one. The Jaq & Gus pop was listed as if the two are together, and I believe something about a teacup? It's been a week or so since I read it, so I can't remember the details perfectly. Either way, between Phillip and Charming, that crosses two princes off the list.

I imagine it's just another version of the silver dress for Cinderella herself, but I'll keep out hope they might do one of the designs not done yet (her in the pink rags after the stepsisters have destroyed the dress, nightgown, or wedding dress).

Yay! Thanks for the info! Jaq and Gus are of course in that teacup before they get the Stepmother's key. They even did a statue of that in the Disney Classics Collection.

Oh, good point. I know a lot of these merchandise lines sort of follow a trendline, so it makes sense. I haven't picked up any Funko lately. I guess because the few purchases I've made had to do with the DMC since it's closing, I put it on the backburner for now. Plus, I'm trying to save some to go to college in the Fall, although part of me doubts that'll actually happen.

Thank you. I do hope it works out, but I know how "plans" can go in life all too well.

They have some new Jungle Book pops revealed. I wanted to like the Mowgli & Baloo pop moment, but don't--maybe if it was a little bigger, it might've turned out right. King Louie on the throne though is absolutely perfect! (And I never even cared about that character. )

I'm glad they finally made Bagheera, he was always my favorite part of the movie. That said, I might wait until they make another variant of him in the future, this one's just okay.

There were some leaks for what's coming over the next year (no pictures, just listed items). The Black Cauldron has a few coming--Taran with Sword, Eilonwy with Gurgi, and the Horned King with Creeper. Also A Goofy Movie is getting pops finally.

This sound really great! I had the two pack released a few years ago and I'm going to add Eilonwy and Gurgi to the collection! Love to see that Disney is releasing more merch of this classic! I had the tape when I was a child and I love it!

:pink: :pink: :pink: Yay, I'm so happy!!! BoxLunch.com has an out of stock TBC Loungefly backpack that I didn't know existed when it came out; I hope the new TBC Pops won't sell out before I get them (and that I have $ to spend when they do).
