Ok, the silly thread was a fun idea, but some of us (*cough Secret Disney Man cough*) took it too far....

Seriously though, when you are posting one word per post, possibly just to get your all-important post-count up, then I am all for locking down the thread. Luke does want to try and keep some semblance of a good, respectable Disney site here...

Now, having said that, I think a section of the forum where we all say what pops into our heads is great. I mean, one doesn't always want to start a new thread to post a random thought, right?

However, the one we had did run itself into the ground.

If we can maintain this as a silly thought thread - and not just try and get it up to 10 pages or whatever arbitrarily - then it is good. I had fun with Yuki and the others, so let's try and keep it as that.

Sorry, I'll take off my "faux moderator" hat now, and replace it with my hat made of cheese...

Please stop putting up useless threads that adds nothing to the board - only waste bandwith - please stop them!
If you want to make just ordinary chatting - go to a chatroom!

YES, PLEASE NO MORE useless threads! Especially with my name attached to it! I don't want to be known as the bandwidth-wasting thread starter! There's already 3 threads with my name associated to it that got closed, and only one was at my request. I don't want to add anymore to that!

Before anyone decides to just add another random thread for any reason, why don't you run it by Luke first. Maybe he'll OK it, maybe he won't, but at least then his wishes are being respected, as it is his bandwith and his site.

Yeah, there have been many personal threads done lately, if you want to tell something to someone, you can either send them a private message or try to e-mail them, e-mailing is best.
