I thought I'd make this thread since I've been watching the 100 Acre Wood films a lot lately. (: Even though this movie is new I felt it had enough songs and charming moments to qualify for a "favorites" discussion.

Character: My favorite character is definitely Owl. I love that Owl is supposed to be the "smart one" yet he couldn't read a simple note and everything bad in the movie was his fault haha

Scene: I love when Owl gives Piglet the speech to encourage him to get them out of the pit when he can fly and do it himself and no one realizes it. Too funny

Song: So Long by Zooey Deschanel hands down. I love her deep voice

I'll have to rewatch this one and get back to you. Luckily, it is one of just a few non-Christmas movies I brought to my mom's for the holidays. I'm sure I will pick a Zooey song, probably even the title song. Love her singing WHEN the song is right for her. That usually means something at a slow pace, ha, but the Pooh song was great for her. I usually prefer high voices (not Snow White high, but... girly/cutesy), but when Zooey sings Baby, It's Cold Out Side, wow. Doesn't hurt that she was gorgeous in "Elf".

Oh, heck, I can try to do this now, and I'll correct myself if I feel different upon seeing it.

Character: Pooh. I have always said Tigger was my favorite, but I relate a lot to Pooh. Truthfully, I can relate to ALL the Pooh characters. Maybe everyone can. Maybe that's their appeal. Still, I think other people would see me more as a Pooh too, ha. By the way, I thought Craig Ferguson did a great job with Owl, but felt uncomfortable with how youthful and, well, not stuff old British guy, his voice was. Can't say I was too comfortable with it, though I liked how into it he seemed to be.

Scene: This is where I wish I'd watched the movie right before doing this... All I'm gonna say is, I LOVE the part where Pooh and Eeyore are talking with Owl. Eeyore is hilarious in that. "Yeah, ya did, Owl."

Song: I'm gonna go with the Pooh theme for now, sung by Zooey. I know she did other good ones too though. But, then in the end credits, she did one of those songs I didn't like her doing that much. Sorta like her pop stuff (if you can fall it that), which I don't love what I've heard of. She should stick to very 60's sounding stuff.
