Avatar Problem

I am trying to get a certain avatar to show. I got the dimensions at the right areas and the kbs are below where they are supposed to be, but it will still not show.

Okay, well I just tried the avatar out for myself and it works for me:
All I did was make sure all 3 of the password fields are filled out and put the link in the very last box, right above Show Gallery. Are you sure you did that?
