I'm not sure if anyone has realised that the link in my signature leads to a blog I recently set up via Google (with Lazario's help) to post movie reviews onto it. Whilst, the few reviews that have been posted may have already been posted on UD, I would appreciate it if members here at least glanced at it briefly. :)

I'll subscribe or something (I haven't done it with anyone else's blog yet so this will be a learning experience for me) so that, when the board goes down, I'll know where to find you.

Very nice, DrFrankenollie. :) I hope you have more luck with your movie blog than I did with mine.

With a title as generic as "Devil," ya might want to include the (Year) right after it.

Guess Who's Coming to Dinner is an alright movie but of all of Kramer’s work, The Defiant Ones is my favorite (although, I’ll admit, I still haven’t found enough time to watch Judgment at Nuremberg in it’s entirety).

On a slightly off topic note, has anyone seen the TCM Summer Under the Star movie posters from way back in 2009 (Guess Who's Coming to Dinner is one of them)? Some can be seen here and more on the official site here (there are 43 posters in all, they have a few under advertising). Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, The Big Heat, Jailhouse Rock, The Magnificent Seven, and Grapes of Wrath all look awesome. It's really such a shame that soo many of these movies have terrible DVD/Blu-ray cover art.

That's a good idea; I'll see if I can change it.

EDIT: I can, and I have. :)

Perhaps not up to my usual standards, but you can be the judge of that.

Fair enough review of Bram Stoker's Dracula. A little overrated, a little underrated.

You're welcome.

:)

I always liked the style of it but a lot of elements put me to sleep. With the right home theater recreaction experience, it'd be an entertaining movie. Just not very deeply involving.

I've been trying to see this movie forever but keep missing my opportunities. It's at the library and it's on HDNet Movies every now and then. I've got to take the plunge, especially after that review.
