This may sound weird, but I'm going to suggest that there isn't a real Woody hanging on at the back of that car.
I think the Woody doll is a CG element added to that car footage. It looks too good!

^that would be pretty awesome if that was the intent. But it could possibly be a real woody as it would be plastic anyway.
