Hope that a lot of you are watching this new show on HGTV. It is on Monday nights, first run, and it is rerun during the week at other times.

The object of the show is finding families with large yards who want have expressed a desire to have their yards turned into miniature Disney adventures.

If you haven't seen it yet, you should, and if you have, what do you think?

I forgot to mention that it is the fine folks at Disney Imagineering who design and install the yards. It is quite a feat, and when the yards are finished they are pretty awesome.

Give this show a try, then you don't have to be bored with summer reruns.

Last night's show was a real winner!!! A family who has adopted six children from Ethiopia won the backyard of their dreams from Walt Disney Imagineering.

The kids love animals, and they transformed the backyard to Disneyland animal park complete with an old jeep the kids could play on, and elephants that could spray water. It was a magical show.

Please, give this show a chance. It is on for the summer time and I hope it becomes a regular program on HGTV.

Anyone else watching this show?

This week a family with six children they have adopted from Ethiopia were picked to have their yard done by the folks at Walt Disney Imagineering.

The theme this week was Adventureland, and in the thirty minutes we got to see a yard completely turned over into a minature Disney themed backyard. There were elephants, tigers, lions, a giraffe and a wonderful waterslide for the kids.

This is such a wonderful show that everyone who watches it once will do what I did, set my DVR to make sure it is recorded each week.

The show is re-run several times during the week before the next new show, so try and catch it then and see if you aren't hooked.

This is truly something Walt Disney would have approved of.

The fourth show of this summer special on HGTV is on tonight at 8 eastern, 7 central, 8 pacific time.

The first three weeks have set the bar pretty high, but I will be watching tonight for sure. These are people who have been to Disney World in Florida, Disneyland in California or have been on a Disney Cruise and have made a taped request to have their Yard remade by the folks at Disney Imagineering.

So far the first three shows have been fantastic, everything from a miniature adventureland to a swimming pool shaped like Mickey Mouse's head.

It's only a 30-minute program and is followed by Home Hunters on Vacation. Give this show a look see. From what I know about the Monday night television programming everything else is re-runs, so this would be a change for at least tonight. Who knows, you might get hooked on HGTV and some of their programming.

The lure of "Pirates of the Caribbean" ride at Disney World was the theme of last night's show.

The Imagineering team from Disney turned a regular backyard into a 'pirate-themed' playland complete with water cannons and a splash pool and a pirate ship.

It was amazing to see what they could do with a back yard in just a couple of days.

Next week, it looks like Fantasyland comes to life in someone's back yard.
