It's already May 21 in plenty of time zones, and past 6 pm in at least four of them.

The world will end someday. But mankind is pretty arrogant if they think they can predict when, be it reasons based on science or religion.

How does that famous quote go? About all we see or seem being nothing more than a dream...

It's Sat morning and we are still here, you can relax.

According to the Mayan calendar it's supposed to be December 21, 2012 NOT Jan. 1, 2012!!!

No one can predict then end of the world as we know it. It is all the hands of a power bigger than you and I.

Of course not. The end of the world has been predicted many times before, and so far nothing happened.

The world will not end today nor will it end in 2012. Nobody can really predict the end of the world. If you read about Harold Camping (who predicted the rapture will happen today), you will learn he has predicted the end of the world before and it was never true. So, trusting him is probably not a good idea.

OK, guys! You can breathe with relief!

There's an ad on TV for endofamerica2011.com I watched the video and it predicted the collapse of all nations. These people making the predictions should be exterminated they cause nothing but panic.

Funny enough, the reason the Mayan calendar "ended" on Dec, 2012 was because the calendar was left unfinish due to the near extinction of it's people thanks to hands of spanish armada ruining them.

When archeologist found the calendar years later, it lead an infamous assumption that they predicted the world ended that date.

Or something along those lines. The other reason is that Mayan calendar is much different then ours in how it works etc.

Nah. I don’t believe in any of this nonsense (not even the Mayan “theory”). Ever since I was obsessed with that All the Ways the World Could End website--which kept me from sleeping for a while--I don’t concern myself with all this. I figure I’ll be dead when it happens, so why worry.

Just in case December 21, 2012 doesn't pan out, there's currently six more dates that you can await and be disappointed in...

It's Sunday morning, getting ready for church and I realized that I am not having breakfast with Jesus. The world has not come to an end. It was a hoax all along.

I am a happy camper until the next prediction comes down the pike!!!!!

And to add to all the waiting yesterday (Saturday), people in the Bay Area of California had a small earthquake (4.0), but enough to get their attention, I betcha!!!!!!!!!

Camping now says he was off by 5 months...the New Doomsday date is October 21st which I think this Harold Camping is...well i'll let Nostalgia Critic say it for me
