? concerning 101/102 Dalmatians 2 pack

I recently received the 101/102 Dalmatians 2 pack in the mail and was wondering how you can check to see if it is region 1 before opening the case. Somehow I have the French version track included and that got my mind wondering. I brought it from playcentric.com. Thanks

It should either say region 1 on the packaging (most likely on back) or in teeny tiny print some where, it should say "for authorized sale in the U.S.". Hope this helps.

Playcentric.com is on the NY/Canada border. It's probably the Canadian Region 1 set.

thanks! I found a Canadian flag on the back cover, which does make it a region 1 DVD.
HOwever, both movies say they are widescreen.
101 = 2.35:1
102 = 1.85:1 but to add "this film has been modified from it's original version. It has been formatted to fit your TV"
this is really confusing.
anyone else have these screen sizes??????

I opened my 2 pack 101/102 Dalmatians and both are widescreen, so if those who don't have either, and want an R1, then I would highly recommend going though playcentric.com It's the Canadian release....both in WIdescreen!!!!!!!!
