Disney should make a new Bluray collection label....

You know, for some non Diamond titles, I think they have so much potential to make not just 'Special Editions' like Alice and Dumbo, what about, let's say Atlantis or Treasure planet? or Hercules?... I was playing with my photoshop designing some fan made covers and I came up with a new fictional BD/DVD collection (I hope you like them). What if Disney some day comes up with something like these?...

 the Robin Hood cover is a bit overexggerated but the other ones are pretty damn nice

I would've loved to have seen the blurays for the cannon features be divided into different jewels like Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire, with the top one being Diamond for popularity.

Gorgeous! The Mulan cover is stunning! :o

They all look amazing! Disney would never be this sensible though.

Wow, great job, these are wonderful! :o Love the Sword in the Stone, Tarzan, Atlantis, and Treasure Planet. But I do have one thought, maybe you should put the two sword emblems in the bottom corners too, just to even things up?

Great idea, and some pretty good covers (especially Hercules, Mulan and Atlantis), but sadly the Walt Disney Company likes to do the opposite of what its fans want. ;)

I think that rolling out some of the catalogue animated titles onto Blu-Ray in a line of sorts could work, though. It'd probably be something like the Gold Collection, though obviously with more thought and effort put in to both picture and bonus quality, and released over a lengthier period of time (as opposed to the GC, where they released nearly everything in the space of a year).

Those are all great! The last eight though are near perfection!

Nice covers - - but The Sword in the Stone should read "Walt Disney's".

True :)

Thanks guys! I'm glad you like them! Mulan's also my favorite...

Yeah, they might look better, thanks ;)

I actually think Disney has been a little slow in their BD release department compared to how they did their DVD releases years ago, I'm sure making the gorgeous HD transfers they make takes a lot more efort, but well, us fans can't certainly get enough hu?

I thought about this 'Epic Adventures Collection' cause these films fit this kind of label perfectly (well, Pocahontas not so much but ok..). I'd actually make another 'Best Friends Tales Collection' kind of thing for films like 'Pooh', 'Fox and the Hound', 'Oliver and Co.', 'Lilo & Stitch' and 'Brother Bear', a 'Mistery Collection' for both Rescuers movies and Basil, and another one for all those pre-Cincerella mini-Classics.

All I know is I want these BDs out now!!

I know! hahaha, I didn't do the Illustration though, I found it on DeviantArt, someone named Npr1977 made it, I think he looks cool, kind of like the hag on the Snow White cover but better imo. I also used already existing compositions for 'Sword', 'Cauldron', 'Hercules' and 'Atlantis' :P

And thanks again y'all!!

The Robin Hood cover is overexaggerated and the SITS one is a little aged, but the others look nice, despite being replicas of existing art.

Haha that's what PJ looks like on the inside haha A monster-lion! I love him though haha He robs the poor to feed the rich! A-ha a-ha (his laugh)! I like when people make stuff like this. Most of the time people do better stuff than the official artwork!! :D

I agree. The Robin Hood one just doesn't work for me, but the last eight look great. I'd be interested in seeing backs to your covers. How did you make them? I'm guessing most are based on story book covers, altered to look like Blu Ray covers? "Atlantis" looks like one of the original posters.
