It's like they're not even trying anymore...
As a non-mod, I'd say either delete the post, or edit the link so they don't get the benefit of people clicking on it...

Also, I checked the faq and the new user's agreement, I didn't see anything actually FORBIDDING spam. Could something like that be added? i know it wouldn't make a hill of beans difference with the spambots, but it would be helpful to have something to point to if someone added some "get clicks and earn" links to their signatures.
