Number One on my list is:

Paris Hilton!!!!!!!!
She is ugly, and she is a mattress-back and anyone who thinks she is a role model shall be judged the same.

Sharpay!!!!

Who told her she has talent, and what is all the fuss about? She is totally "fugly" and I have more talent in my little toe than she has.

Wait, you talking about the CHARACTER of Sharpay or about Ashley Tisdale, the girl that plays her?

The only "celebrities" I can't stand are the Kardashian sisters. Ugh. What a sad mess. The chubby one especially needs to have her ego deflated.

^ Yeah, they're annoying. I saw an advertisement for their reality show, and couldn't believe that anyone would have the patience to film that, let alone watch it.

I couldn't care less that she is "a mattress-back". What somebody does in the privacy of her bedroom isn't any of my business, nor is it my place to judge it. Even if she had slept with literally a thousand men, I couldn't judge her for that. There's nothing inherently bad about that. And whether or not somebody is ugly, is subject to taste and also not a reason to attack her.

My objection to Paris Hilton being a 'celebrity', is that she has done nothing to earn it. She hasn't done anything. She is famous just for being famous. She has no accomplishments. She is worshipped by God knows how many young people for absolutely no reason at all. The worst is her show about finding a new 'BFF (Best friend forever'). As if friendship is based on a weekly elimination tv contest. This program, which is very succesful and watched by tons of impressionable young girls, sends a very bad message: that it's okay, or even desirable, to let yourself be humiliated on tv just to please a vain, talentless person; to let yourself be judged by someone who has not done anything of worth herself. The roles should be reversed: it should be Paris who has to beg any ordinary person to be her friend.

Every talentless person has a 'reality' show nowadays (lol @ the 'reality'-part; do people really believe it's not scripted?). As a society, we no longer reserve admiration and respect for people of stature who have accomplished great things. Just having been on tv is enough these days.

Wow, there are a lot of disgusting shows out there, but this has to be the worst that I've heard of. A show about trying to literally win someone's friendship? How absolutely degrading. (And I thought the Bachelor was bad.) You must be dying for attention/stardom to resign yourself to that. Or just incredibly stupid. And why should people be fighting to be friends with Paris Hilton, who has done absolutely nothing in her entire life? There are a great many people that I admire, but I would never put myself in such a humiliating situation for them- if someone actually wants me to fight over the 'privilege' to be friends with them, what kind of a person are they?

The reason I dislike her is not because she's famous (that's not something she could help), but because she doesn't do anything! She could still get an education, and accomplish things! Just because she's rich doesn't mean she has to lay around all the time. Look at all the money she has! She could use that to do some good in the world.

Of course, I'm perfectly aware of that. It never ceases to frighten me though, how some people swallow this stuff.

You've never seen Paris Hilton's show about her search for a new 'BFF'? Keep it that way! Yes, it's actually people fighting over who gets to be the 'best friend' of this spoiled little rich girl... for one season at least. After that, a new season comes and Paris has to get a new best friend 'forever'.

Saw that trailer for "Sharpay's Great Adventure" and it doesn't say anything about Ashley Tisdale, it just showed all the pictures of this ugly girl with a silver spoon in her mouth, pretending that she is rich and somebody. Whomever it is, she is a no talent, and not very good looking. That nose needs to be done real soon or it will take over her face. Don't tell me she is talented, because she hasn't shown me anything that I would call talent.

Don't kid yourself. The Bachelor will always be the worst of the worst.

I also want to mention anyone who has ever starred on anyone of the "Real Housewives" shows. Whenever I see these things in commercials, I just want to scream STFU!!!!!!

The only sad thing is my mom has totally bought into these reality shows. She watches them all. The Hills, the Kardashians, The Bachelor, Dancing with the Stars, and all the Housewives shows. It's horrible living here.

Yes, I definitely do not have any plans to watch this in the future. But that this is a real show makes me want to laugh and cry at the same time. It's sad that humanity has come to this.

Disney's Divinity, luckily my mother only likes Dancing with the Stars, and I'm grateful that it's not something worse.

That's Ashley Tisdale, junkie.

Sharpay is her character (one she originated in the High School Musical movies), and she is an actress. And I don't understand why you're making such incredibly disparaging and insulting comments about her after only seeing a trailer, when obviously you don't know anything else about her or the movie.

C'mon, most of the these manufactured stars from Disney don't get anywhere else in life as far as their acting careers go. There have been exceptions but very few. So don't throw out the Hilary Duff's and Miley Cyrus' at me. They are the exceptions and after having personally met the Duff sisters, Hilary and Haley, I can say that they are 'real' people who don't have a mask to hide behind.

Let's face it, I have seen a lot of great actors and actresses, and none of them started in "High School Musical" or "Glee" or some other show that tries to manufacture their stars. The real stars don't need these kind of shows and there are a lot of young ladies out there who have a lot of talent and are doing well without lowering their standards to be considered a 'Disney find'.

You never before criticised Ashley Tisdale or her ability as an actress, and I never argued she was a great one. You said Sharpay (a fictional character) had no talent and that she was ugly. So stop going about with this "next Meryl Streep" stuff or this "lowering their standards" garbage.

Also, it's funny you say young actors lower than standards by starting with Disney sitcoms, because, ya know, that's exactly what they said of theatre actors switching to silent film or people like James Garner and Clint Eastwood starting in early TV. Didn't get them anywhere, did it, huh?

First of all, we are NOT saying that these Disney stars are talented or not. What we are arguing is your unusually harsh comments against Ashley Tisdale.

I was under the impression that you knew what High School Musical was, especially since I recall you mentioning that you went to a HSM Ice Show with your family.

Second, you love Phineas and Ferb, right? Well, Ashley Tisdale does the voice of Candance. I take it you don't like the character she plays, but she has been on since the beginning.

Third, Ashley has mentioned that she does have respiratory problems due to her nose, and has had several surgeries because of it. Also, I am STUNNED that you criticize these manufactured stars, yet you pretty much tell her to GET A NOSE JOB AND CRITICIZE HER LOOKS. That's very low, even for you, dude.

Here's the deal. I no longer hate these "manufactured" starlets as you call them. I feel pity for them. Why? Because they have just as much issues as the rest of us, perhaps more.

Most of the celebrities mentioned here are adults that know they want fame and abuse people for it. These young stars, however, are raised with the idea that they need to grow and make money thanks to their parents, which then take them to places like Disney Channel who milk them dry.

Just look at Demi Lovato. The young girl had to hide emotional issues, stress and even eating disorders just to please the fans and the company. She had to receive treatment just to surpass that.

So really, I can't even insult them, regardless of the quality of the stuff they produce, because they have to endure a lot more for the sake of entertainment.

I have to agree with Goliath here. For someone that claims to be of great age your behavior is childish and you should know better than to insult a minor, regardless of what you think of the movies she is in. That is cruel and unasked for. You of all people should know that, especially when you are a father and a grandparent of many kids.

Miley Cyrus! Yeah, she's really a great acting talent! She's sooooo much more talented than the other Disney Channel 'stars'! Your lack of consistency in arguments is laughable. And completely besided the point, by the way. We weren't challenging you on the talentless-ness of these 'stars'; we were taking issue with your reasons for writing them off, like being "fugly". I don't know if it's just me, but I find something very disturbing in a 70-somewhat years old guy judging whether or not teenage girls are "ugly".
