I can't be bothered to keep track/continually update a deviantart page, but I still do make art sometimes, here's an example (low res to fit on page better):

Nice. I suck with computer art hence why I do more traditional art. But that was pretty decent drawing but The forearm is be bit longer. the hands should be down closer to your knee (aprox- between hips and knees) where in the pic it look more like it's to his hips.

It actually started out as a normal drawing in pencil, then outlined in pen, scanned into the compauter and using the pen tool going over all the lines to get the varying degrees of thickness. Took a long time.

I didn't notice this myself until you mentioed this. Good point. But this is why I keep practicing and look for feedback so thanks for commenting.

Yea he's hot and cute, but he wouldn't be if it wasn't such a good drawing, so, obviously, great job!

I don't think the arms or hands need to be mcuh farther down at all, I stood up myself and my arms didn't go to my knees...

For some criticism, their appears to be some weirdness in the lines defining his shoulders and biceps...?

Most people don't, but most do have there arms go further past thier waist then what I drew which is what SA was talking about (he said between waist and knees).

Could you be more specific?

Oh, well, if you looked at the shoulders and biceps, and they didn't look weird to you at all, like they could be any better, then, I don't think I can explain it better, and maybe they don't need to be better. Just...look at guys' shoulders and biceps in real life?

You mean the deltoid and biceps are too stiff? That could be case. The arm look all tense and in statue place. rather than loose.

Look at my Drawing of Lorenzo get idea of arm length with muscles and loose and relax the arm is. yet at same time shows strong holds.

I've been monitoring this thread for about a week, waiting for somebody to make their next post, or for Flangy to show off his next drawing.

Since neither has happened I'm just going to sit here and sulk prominently.

And peek occassionally at Sexy Jim Up Above Who Is Totally Out Of My League.
