That's a pretty decent cover. I haven't seen this movie since I was a little kid, but for whatever I didn't really like it. Maybe I should check it out now that I am older and am able to appreciate animation and storytelling.

				Thank you jrboy.
I guess the cover art is half-descent. I like the pinkish sky background and the logo but Anne-Marie is off-model as well as the rest of the characters at the bottom of the cover (espcially the alligator).

I like the cover and all but the girl in the cover is hideous, it makes her look like a cheap whore acting like she is 20 years old, but is not, isn't she a sweet innocent girl in the movie, cuase the cover is telling me she's not

True. She does look very BratZ-y

I don't think the cover fits the film at all. From what I remember, the big alligator had no bearing on the actual movie and should not be featured prominently or in such an off-model way. And this looks like some fun romp at a circus or amusement park than something as deep as morality and the afterlife! The film is not bright and happy like this cover suggests...but of course, it's to get kids to want it, isn't it?

That's what the Nostalgia Chick likes to call...
Yeah, this cover art is hideous. The original cover would have worked just as well:

regarding the cover, the art is just terrible. It makes it look like a Disney movie (especially the floating heads above the title).
I have not seen this in a long LONG time. Do not get me started on the sequel. That was just terrible.

I thought it was kinda interesting that both films take place in New Orleans in roughly the same era with both featuring musical alligators for no apparent reason.

Am I the only one feeling bitter that this isn't a Blu-ray/DVD combo pack? I mean, the only copy I have this movie on is VHS, and I was hoping to not only get a Blu-ray copy of the movie, but a DVD to go with it. I mean, good gravy! Yeah, some animated non/Disney films got a Blu-ray release, but at least they put a DVD copy with them!

Yeah, I feel the same way.
