Asked for it for Christmas the year it came out, didn't get it, and never bothered to get it. When asked to put a list together this year - realized I was still missing it.. and dag.. now it's going for $90 on ebay. sigh.

Anyway, anyone have any copies for sale at reasonable prices? (I know I'll pay more than the original price)

I can't help you, i'm looking for this volume myself and I think $90 or more is way too exspensive to spend on Ebay
