In just a few days, Rapunzel and Flynn Ryder will start making appearances in the parks. So who here can be the first to post a character picture?

I feel really bad for the woman who's chosen to play Rapunzel. That wig is probably heavy enough to break her neck. I know that the whole 70 feet of hair won't be physically attached to her head, but the wig would have to go down to the ground at least, and that's big enough.

Rapunzel and Flynn are coming to Magic Kingdom on the 15th, and I'll probably take that day off of work to go and meet them!!!

I can't wait to see her tower in FantasyLand. The more I see of the movie, the more I think she will fit in so well in the parks !

In the Tangled thread, someone posted that the meet and greet may not start until the 25th now at Magic Kingdom...so I need to maybe even call WDW to confirm...and I'm hoping that I'll be able to meet Tiana and Naveen when I go...are they still available for meet and greets? I haven't met them yet, and I love them, so that'd be amazing to meet both couples on the same day!!!

I went to a merchandise kiosk and asked the cast member if she knew where Rapunzel might be. She didn't even know that she was available to meet, and so she called the CHIP Hotline (the character hotline, for cast members to ask for guests where a character can be met). I guess she got put on hold while the call was being transferred to someone else, and she handed the phone to me ( ). Right when I was handed the phone, a cast member answered, and I said that the cast member handed the phone to me, and that I was wondering where I could meet Rapunzel at Epcot. The cast member asked, "Are you a guest?" and I said yes, and she asked to speak with the cast member. The cast member was ringing up a purchase, but after that, I gave the phone back to her, and she said, "Hello? Hello? Hello?"...the cast member on the phone hung up. The cast member who was helping me said sorry, that I should ask at the Character Spot. So off I went there. That girl didn't know that Rapunzel was available to meet in Epcot, but I told her that she is, and she said that new characters generally are available near the bridge (International Gateway). I think that's what she said. Right after I met Duffy, a cast member there told me what Bobby had just found out online, that new characters can be in any one of 3 places: International Gateway, between England and Canada, or in America. He said that Rapunzel and Flynn already had been at International Gateway one day and between England and Canada the other day, so that maybe, "to add a little spice", they'd be in America. And he said that they were out at 3:30 the previous day. Later on, I asked at America, and that cast member called I suppose the CHIP Hotline, and the cast member over the phone told her that Rapunzel and Flynn had been out for a special thing...meaning that they aren't necessarily coming out every day. Oh well. I'll just wait for Magic Kingdom next week...

I must say I'm not impressed by their attitude towards you .... you sound like you kept terribly calm through it all ! I'm sure I would have lost my temper being treated like that

And the fact they didnt even know Rapunzel and Flyn were even there ?! That does not bode well for their appearances in the parks . . . they must be an only occasional thing ? But I mean, the movie is coming out in around a month ! They must be preparing stuff with them, surely ?

I'm not exactly sure why they couldn't have just started appearing in Magic Kingdom like they were supposed to; maybe more work on Belle's former area needed to get done first. But maybe the decision for them to appear in Epcot for a few days prior to Magic Kingdom was such a fast decision that regular (non-upper level) cast members weren't informed...? It's not a huge deal, since when they go to Magic Kingdom, I know exactly where to find them.

I posted this on the Tangled thread, but might as well post it here as well.

All the flyn and Rapunzel's we have seen have such great chemistry with eachother ! Much more so than other Prince / Princess combinations I have seen before anyway ...

According to DisneyLand Resort Paris' Twitter, Rapunzel is coming to the parks on the 6th of November.

I went to Disneyland Paris from december 5 to 10 and ofcourse wanted to see Rapunzel and Flynn. Here are the pictures....

Rapunzel is very pretty, but I'm not sure Flyn looks quite like the movie Flyn ? Or is that just me ?
