Standardize ALL Hurt or Heal Games

I know this will be a very unpopular proposal for the P&G regulars. But I've been silently watching over several of the HoH games still in progress, and I'm really disliking the direction they're going in.
First off, while I'm sure Jay had good intentions when he created "Disney Heroines," I would have preferred if he had included the established set of HoH rules. Having it run rampant and people voting multiple times a day not only stacks votes and eliminations, but can easily get out of hand. Thankfully, he's finally re-instated the "one action per day" rule, though he's modified the point usage and has not (until I stepped in) issued a point cap.
Also, there's the continued issue of games that get abandoned (then brought back, only to be abandoned again) due to lack of interest. Lazario's "Madonna Songs" and PeterPanfan's "Alanis Morissette Singles" are prime examples. Not to mention the neverending "Simpsons Characters" game, and my purposely-mocking "Random Words That Show The Game Is Pointless". If HoH is to continue, then ALL games must be completed before any new ones begin. Either that or someone (a mod) simply locks the abandoned ones.
Finally, there's Charlie Brown. Poor Charlie Brown. zackisthewalrus started a "Peanuts Specials" HoH game, shortly after I had my earlier angry rant about the games, and it's been summarily ignored. I have a feeling it wasn't played simply because people were afraid to play a new game so soon after I had already complained about too many games being made. But even so, it was a new game that was already set up, and yet two new HoH games were made after it anyway ("The Next 11 HoH Winners" and "Disney Heroines").
So in short, the direction that the HoH games have been taking is not what I ever intended when I brought the game over to UD. I know some people might argue "But Scaps, just because you brought the game over, so it doesn't mean you own it!" And to that, I say "shut up." In the past seven years of the Polls & Games forum, whenever people created or brought over a game, they had some propriety over it. The Survivor games were often moderated by Aaron in its early years, before he allowed others to create their own games, and eventually Just Myself took on the role of Survivor Game Host. And the others respected that by keeping to the rules initially created for the games.
And that's another reason why I'm making this thread. Too many people are changing the rules of "Hurt or Heal" that others get confused on what rules apply to which games.
Unlike "Survivor", the "Hurt or Heal" games have more or less been running rampant. Its sudden popularity led to games being created at least twice a month in its initial year, and this year alone saw nearly 20 games created in the first four months. Something has to change. And as the one who brought the game to UD, I offer the following proposal:
Finish the games that are still going on, including the never-started "Peanuts Specials". But all future games must be "standardized". They must all use the same set of rules, the exact wording I have written in this topic (click it). These rules CANNOT change.
Even though I generally avoid playing HoH anymore, I don't want it to be confusing for the people that do. A standardized set of rules for every game will keep it from being confusing. No more changing the point cap or the number of points used. 2 points a day (to be used on one film, or split between two) is a fair use of points. And a point cap of 20 (for a listing of 20 or less) or 30 (for a listing of 21 or more) will be issued too.
In addition, just a quick note on the number of games.
Once the in-progress games are over, limit the new games to only three at a time. If one finishes before the others, then yes, another game can be started. But THERE SHOULD ONLY BE THREE ACTIVE GAMES AT ONE TIME.
The list of games will not be posted here, but in the Hurt or Heal Template, as that includes the numbers for each HoH.
There are six games still in progress. Please finish four of them if you wish to start another game. The next game to start will be Futurama Characters. Do not start that game until there are only two games left, to ensure there will always be three active games.
