Well, like the title says: This is the place to post any or all of those tid-bits that you missheard from any disney movie or game. Hey, we all misshear something every now and then!

Here are two of mine, both from Pinocchio..

"Little puppet made of pie.."

"Well, as i live and breath! A Berry! Mmm-mmm!"

Speaking of mishearing in Pinocchio, when Jiminy Cricket says "Right!" during "Give A Little Whistle", unfortunately I mishear it as complete silence, because of a mistake in the Platinum Edition audio track in Region 1!

The infamous ones:
"Come on, kitty take off and go!" line from Aladdin could be mistaken for
"Good teenagers, take off your clothes."
The opening lines of the Lion King can be misinterpreted as "PIIIIIIIIIIINK pajamas, penguins on the bottom." or "Big Obama, penguins are the bomb."
Of course, there's the Racist thing Donald misinterpretly says in Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, and again in Mickey's Phillarmagic (He really says "Dog gone stupid nitwit.")
"I know you the gleam in your eyes is so familar ugly."
Another line from the Lion King can be misheard as "Hit me, Wawa! Hangama, Winnebago, Senora, Winnebago."
Mary Poppins: How many Mannies does she think we need for the Mouse?"
The Little Mermaid: "In the mysterious taverns below!"

I'm not sure how related this is, but I was watching James and the Giant Peach with my grandma (who does not have the best hearing) recently. When James says, "He said 'Marvellous things will happen!'" My grandma made a funny face, and said, "What did he say!?" The Glowworm said, "Did he say 'Marvellous pigs in satin?'" And my grandma nodded confusedly, and said, "Yeah, I thought that's what he said! That makes no sense!" So when Grasshopper shouts, "No, dear lady, 'MARVELLOUS THINGS WILL HAPPEN!!'" It was like he was talking to my grandma, and she was all like

Not dialogue, but song lyrics (from this thread: Misheard/misinterpreted Disney lyrics)...

Not really a misheard lyric, but a purposely mispronounced one!

Also, for some reason, I loved the song "The Perfect Nanny" from Mary Poppins, but never sang the whole thing correctly. (red is wrong lyric I'd do)

You know they fixed that, right? You can call in and exchange it for a new disc any time you feel like it.

Atlantis: the Lost Empire:when Vinny lists all the stuff he's got during the final loading onto the sub, he says "Just, eh, office supplies", but it could be misinterpreted as "just stay off the supplies".

No, I must have missed that post! Thanks for the info!

I assume you mean they fixed the DVD version and not just the BD?

Also, does anyone know if I still need my original receipt or anything cause I no longer have it.

Now I'm glad I tried to make a funny response because I learned something I did not know as a result!

How long ago did they fix this? If I were to purchase a Blu-ray from Barnes and Noble, would it still have the mistake or would it be fixed? Would I need to call in for an exchange no matter what I get (I already have the DVD, but I'm considering the Blu-ray)?

I never read anything about it on here either, however I called the number listed on this page and eventually managed to talk to an actual person:

I explained to the woman who I spoke to that my disc had a defective audio track and they sent me a replacement without charging me the usual 6.95. However, they did request that I send them the old disc back in pre-paid envelope.

Ironically, I ended up buying the blu-ray not long after that and the audio problem had been fixed on both the Blu and DVD that came with it!

I have no idea when they began re-pressing the disc with the fixed audio. All fairly recent copies SHOULD have the fixed audio on both the Blu-Ray and DVD. When I eventually got the Blu-Ray from the Disney Movie club I checked both disc and was surprised to find that the audio had been restored! "Look out Pinoc!"

p.s. If I were you I would buy from Best Buy or amazon.com...Barnes is notoriously expensive!

Upon watching the Lion King with my little niece, i noticed that the beginning lyrics kinda sounded like that!

"Raise them Yarr's, you cackle of dickies!"
Just before Barbossa say's "Dying is the day worth living for!" in At Worlds End.. I honestly have no clue on what he is saying!

After Mulan has her narrow escape in the skinny dipping scene, she says "That was close!" and Mushu replies "No, that was..." and the next word is either "foul" or "vile." They both make sense in that context, and the way Eddie Murphy talks, it's difficult to tell the difference.

Well, I had went down to the beach for the 4th of July and took a few Disney Sequels with me because I kinda felt like watching them. One of said sequels happened to be Aladdin and the King of Thieves.

And what do you know, I found a bit of missheard dialog that triggered a sort of 'O_o' reaction..

During the song segment of 'Like Father and Son' which can be heard here

Cassim: May be a bumpy ride
Aladdin: We'll make it side-by-side (naked side-by-side)

Boy would that cause alot of controversy.. In a Disney Sequel no less!

It still doesn't make sense to me that in the lyrics for "A Whole New World" Jasmine says 'Every moment's red letter'. The common misconception is that line was 'every moment gets better'. Wouldn't the latter make much more sense as far as lyrics for a Disney film goes? How many people are actually going to know what you're talking about when you say "red letter"?

Because it is already preceded with "gets better." Aladdin sings, "Hold your breath, it gets better," which then rhymes with "Every moment red letter."

Pepe is one of those characters that you sometimes have to turn the volume up and listen to him at least once to understand some things he says. In Muppets Christmas, it was not so much I misheard, it was I just couldn't understand what in the world he was saying in Muppets Christmas: "What are Santa's three favorite gardening tools? Hoe, hoe, and hoe! Hoe, hoe and hoe, this is what Santa says okay. Gardening tools, gardening tools, hoe, hoe, hoe!"

I think I saw the scene like fifteen times, and I only got what he was saying when in a magazine I read there was a joke with Santa and gardening tools, so I made the connection.

Guys can you help me out? Every time I watch "Snow White and the seven dwarfs" (and I've seen it many times) I hear the dwars jointly cry out "Jiminy Crickets" when they discover Snow White. Do you hear the same? Maybe it's a common expression in the English language for being surprised, but I thought that it was very funny that the dwarfs were referring to a character in the next Disney animated feature.

Yes, they do say Jiminy Crickets. It was an expression used before Pinocchio, it's the same thing as Jiminy Christmas or jeez.
