Need help finding an old insurance commercial

I just remembered a very old and weird commercial for an insurance company, but can't actually remember which company was. I doubt anyone will be able to recognize it, but I will try anyway.
The commercial is about how some insurance companies tend to rip its consumers up by raising prices, changing policies and the like. The striking thing about it is that it stars three men: two big men wearing yellow coats and a smaller guy in the middle. As the narrator explains issues with insurance companies the two big guys stars to rip the middle man's clothes. They keep doing this until they leave him in his underwear, walk off the scene, and the narrator states "Don't get ripped off...".
I know it was for an insurance company, but for the life of me I can't remember for which company it was! I thought it was Geico at first, but they don't have commercials like that. The commercial aired around the mid 90s (94-95).
It's no big deal, its just one of those things you remember clearly but miss one thing that completes the picture.
Thanks!
