WB's promotion of buy 5 get one free Blu is frustrating me

Okay I just bought The Blind Side...and I wasn't expecting it to be in the warner buy 5 blu rays and get 1 free program...well The Digital Copy code also has on the other side of it a code to enter the promotion...and it says go to http://warnerbros.eprize.net/goblu/index.tbapp and enter it...It didn't work...so I emailed them....and they told me this
So I just sent another email asking why the heck then did the slip in the blu ray specifcally have a code for the promotion.....maybe someone in marketing goofed up (I didn't know Disney Marketing techniques were becoming Contaigous
) either way...I would like some answers... I emailed a reply to them.....Hopefully I'll get some sorta answer soon...or explanation....
