If only the BD/DVD Combo were region-free - I'd be all over it.
Sadly it's not...

Hmm. I wasn't planning on buying the Blu-ray, but if I remember to use this, then I might get it.

What about the DVD only release? To Hell with Blu-ray, I'm not converting even for a discount.

Will there be any offers/discount for amazon.com?

The question is will the DVD be $10 overpriced to begin with?
I'm definitely going to pick it up. But I too have not bothered with the switch to Blue Ray.
Of course I bought vinyl and cassettes til the bitter end too.

Fortunately I have a blu ray player on my computer. It don't bother to buy a real one yet and besides, it's hard to find region free blu ray players

Then thats your loss, the whole point for the coupon is to encourage bluray purchases. if your that against bluray(especially when it includes the dvd version of the movie) then thats your loss.
right now the combo is set at a pre order price of 27.99 most likely it will be down to 19.99 to 22.99 by release date, and when you factor in the coupon it will most likely end up being between 9.99 and 12.99
But hey go ahead and enjoy your dvd only copy for 16.99 lol
the hatred people show to bluray on here really makes no sense.
alot of you are more outspoken on your hatered of bluray than the HDDVD supporters were, and thats saying something (and not in a good way trust me)

I am still loving all these blu-ray coupons.

@ DARTH KNITE: Seriously, with the coupons it is CHEAPER to get the DVD/Bluray combo packs then it is just to get the DVDs alone. With the coupons I basically got the Monsters Inc Bluray DVD 4 disc for free when I got the Up combo set.
Also, I don't care where you get the $10 off at I appreciate you posting them, thanks! Any discounts are good. I'll have to check those sites that Background Actorman has suggested, thanks to you as well!

It seems as if the coupon is for Ponyo right now. But that's logical (I guess), since it comes out the day after tomorrow.

Cool. I wasn't settled on it, but it looks like I'll be buying Ponyo this week after all. Who has the best deal, Target or Best Buy? Anyone know if there are any free goodies at either?
