I thought it might be a good idea if we made a list of the different locations though out the four Disney World park to see all the different character. So if any of us in the future want to see a particular character then we exactly where and if know when we can see them.

The first ones I would love to know about is where and when can one meet the villains such as Maleficent or the Evil Queen from Snow White if it is not during Not So Scary?

Tigger, Pooh and Eeyore can be found at Disney's Animal Kingdom. Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy and Donald Duck can also be found in Disney's Animal Kingdom. They're dressed in jungle attire if it's not Christmas. Belle, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty can be found in Toon Hall of Fame in the Magic Kingdom. Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Donald Duck and Pluto can be found at Character Spot at EPCOT. Donald Duck dressed in Mexican would be at Mexico Pavillion. I also found Mulan at the China Pavillion. The Characters from Up can be found at the Magic of Disney Animation. Sorcerer Mickey can also be found there. Pocahontas can also be found at Disney's Animal Kingdom. The Pooh Characters can be found can also be found at the Magic Kingdom. The Queen of Hearts, White Rabbit and Alice can be found by the Mad Tea Party ride. That's where I found these characters. I'm not sure if I missed anyone. Sometimes when it rains, the characters will be inside. That's what happened when we were in EPCOT and it rained. Also saw Chip and Dale, Marie (The Aristocats) and Snow White. You can also find characters at Rafiki's Planet Watch.
