I'm on a Judy Garland kick after watching Wizard of Oz, so I might pick this up. I just watched Meet Me in St. Louis.

I love Holiday stuff. Then again, my crush on Judy Garland is particularly from Oz and her black and white stuff, and I'm always disturbed by seeing her in anything else...

I love her entire catalogue of work, but I'm particularly fascinated with her concert/TV years. She was an entirely different animal during that period...

Anyone seen this? I'm guessing it's Judy singing Christmas songs? Might be something worth picking up.

If I remember correctly, isn't this the special where she sings with her kids in a set furnished to look like a house? I remember watching that special on TV Land way back when and loved it. I've been avoiding the Judy Garland Show releases in hopes of a boxed set (these single volume releases are annoying), but I'll make an exception for the Christmas special.

Yes, I think this was fashioned as "Christmas with the kids at Judy's house". One of the 'highlights' is little Joey Luft squaking his way through "Where is Love?" from "Oliver!". It's fun to see young Lorna and teenaged Liza though...
I'm pretty sure it's that special that is on this DVD...
