What if a company ethier disney or some other company made a 2D Animated Fairytale Musical? .Where the hero was gay? he or she fell in love with the same gender? The movie would not like be horrible bad 2d movies.
It be like disney classics. Wow would the public take it would there be a huge protest? Would you see it? Would you take a child to see it? In the movie there of course would be a True Loves kiss in the end.

Well I feel we are a bit far from that idea coming true. I would love to see it happen. It will get lots and lots of backlash, but it might open new doors to many that might walk in because of the Disney/Animated nature. I would love to take kids to this movie just as I am planing to take a group of kids to see The Princess and the Frog. Hopefully this idea will become a reality some day.

Well, The Princess and the Frog is coming out...
.Where the hero was gay?
...but not of the closest. I doubt that Disney would make any animated film with overt homosexual over or undertones soon. Maybe another studio, but not Disney.
The movie would not like be horrible bad 2d movies.
Out of curiosity, what do you define as a "horrible bad 2d movie"? A film you just don't happen to like? A violent/adult/sexual film (à la Fritz the Cat)? Or a cheapy production like the Goodtimes films?
It be like disney classics.
Yah! Talkin' like a pirate! Where conjugating verbs be optional. :p
Wow would the public take it would there be a huge protest?
I can imagine it getting quite a lot of news coverage regardless of how subversive it would be. Some "religious" organisations probably would pop up to pick a bone or ten. They always do.
Would you see it?

Maybe.
Would you take a child to see it?

As long as it didn't have anything explicit or overtly rude in it, then I don't see why not.
In the movie there of course would be a True Loves kiss in the end.
Oh, those pesky happy endings... :p

For once I'd like to see a fairytale end with the happy couple checking into a Best Western :P

Think of this in future terms. 2035 or so, with a return to fantastic traditional animation. Sure, it could work. Me, I'd be more interested in a fairy tale of lesbians and I have a feeling that Disney would still be on their princess kick and think the same way.
