I'm also really excited because I just found out there will be a Disney D23 exhibit there. Yay!

I will be in Southern California but Disneyland is a bigger priority. Anyone want to stay in line 2 hours to pick me up a JLU figure?

The same thing happened to us last year. We wanted to go, but the tickets were sold out so many months prior. This year, my boyfriend got us tickets for Comic-Con for Christmas, and I teased him a little for getting them so early. However, I think they sold out just a couple months after that.

Maybe I'll keep an eye open for you Enigmawing, in the random off chance ;)

This will be my third SDCC, after 2006 and last year. So I've got the experience, the nouse, the tricks, and an eye for a dodge. If you get uncomfortable around lots of people, this is not the place to be...

I'll be looking to grab a few signatures, ask for a few commissions and go for as many photo ops as possible heh. Here's a link to my shots from my previous two visits...

Who's Going To Comic-Con?

Is anyone here going to Comic-Con? I'm nearly 30 hours away from California, but there's something being sold exclusively at Com-Con that I'd really like to buy. If anyone is going and is willing to discuss the possibility of purchasing this item for me, and having me pay you back via PayPal, please answer me here or by PM. Thanks!

Me too, I will be 2 hours away in Disneyland but I am still not going. Anybody want to get me a JLU Green Lantern pack from the Mattel booth?

I want to go to Disneyland too but no one wants to go with me. I REALLY want to see Lucy Lawless! My friend has a Xena doll that I'm going to try to get her to sign. Mr. Toad, another booth has better Green Lantern figures. They have green lantern, blue lantern, red lantern (and a couple other colors but I can't remember them). They're Comic Con 2009 exclusives. I just have to figure out WHERE they're handing out the tickets to buy them.

Ok, now I REALLY want to see Lucy Lawless AND go to the Torchwood/Being Human panel. I can't wait for next week!

I'm going to be volunteering at SDCC on the 22nd, so you'll see me patrolling the convention doing...voluntary junk heh. I'll even wear a badge that says JEREMY88 in case any UDer's spot me so we can say Hi to each other, always nice to meet fellow UD members. I'll also be there another one of the days not volunteering lol.

Jeremy88, I tried to look for you to say hello but I could never find you. I thought I spotted you a few times but I was either dragged away by my friends to wait in line for various panels or I was elbowed by sweaty fat guys trying to get into the exhibit hall. I managed to walk away with quite a few Final Fantasy Figures for my collection. I also managed to reunite Snoopy with his siblings Spike, Andy and Belle. I wanted to buy Marbles and Olaf (two more of Snoopy's brothers) but they weren't available at the Peanuts booth. I can order them online through Snoopygift.com. I'll do that later. So, for those who went to Comic Con 2009, did you all have fun. My favorite part was Video Games Live!
