I know it's the 3rd, but a lot of places are having the fireworks tonight, or some members might not be here tomorrow.

Anyway, I hope everyone is enjoying their holiday weekend! :D

Though July 4th means nothing in the country I live in, I'm inviting a friend over to watch 1776, so I think I'll have fun tomorrow.

I too will be watching "1776" with my roommates. And maybe "Independence Day" as well, as it's the only other July 4th movie I have here. I was debating about going to the other side of the Charles to watch the fireworks, but the weather is going to be iffy and traffic is going to be miserable, so I doubt that will happen. Maybe we might try to get up on the roof and see what we can see.

Happy birthday, United States of America! Happy 4th, everyone!

I'm going to the Polynesian at WDW tonight to watch Magic Kingdom's fireworks (since my pass expired, I can't watch them in the park)!

Me and the 4th of July have a history. Being that Puerto Rico is legally part of the United States we celebrate it since we live under the same constitution as the US. But spending the 4th in the US with American friends was very awesome. No offense to anyone, but considering the 4th is all about freedom and the people that compose it it was always fun.

The first time I ever traveled to the United States was in 2004, and funny enough that was the first time I spent the 4th there. It was so much fun! I miss those days.

Kinda crappy. I like some neighbors, but hate some others. Guess which ones I saw.

Where was my invitation for this screening, Flangy? :p

Independence Day was a fun small little celebration. Had my grandfather come over for dinner and we all had a bbq out in our backyard, and I finished it up watching 1776 and The Music Man.

Well you see the invite was for someone who hadn't seen it yet, but wanted too. Since you've seen it, you were not invited.

However I have yet to suggest or watch the movie with someone and they didn't like it.

Well the French kind of paid for the American Revolution so it sorta works.
