Help me settle a bet.

I was watching the 2003 version of "Freaky Friday" with my friend Max today and we were watching the part where Tess (as Anna) is in her office and Boris the delivery man comes in. My friend Max thinks it's Colin Mocherie from "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" But I don't think it is. Can you guys help me out?
