I do not work out much, though I occasionally do Wii Fit (Which I should start doing again soon).

Earlier this year, I started doing dance aerobics. It's very fun, but I haven't done it in a while, partly due to motivation issues and partly due to having 3 large dogs who kind of get in the way of exercising! We just bought a baby gate for the dogs, so I could use that so they can't come into the living room when I exercise.
Amazon, do you have fun exercising so much?!? I mean, I don't get sick of Disney, so if you love something a lot, I guess you wouldn't get sick of it. But I wouldn't want to just exercise doing things I wouldn't like doing; that's why I chose dance aerobics, since I like dancing!

I don't have a specific schedule, but I do facial exercises every day, and rotate between pilates and a cardio video. Then, sometimes I'll do sets of sit-ups, push-ups, squats and weights before I go to bed if I'm not too sleepy. As for diet, I try to eat oatmeal every day, with cheerios or eggs for breakfast. I don't eat bread at all anymore--mostly because my parents refuse to buy grain. Unfortunately, the yogurt I used to eat stopped being made, I guess. But I try to eat fruits most of the day, and vegetables, too (celery and carrots mainly). And lots of orange and cranberry juice, and crystal light (and regular water). The only thing I drink besides that is diet Dr. Pepper and maybe occasionally a Mountain Dew (because my parents drink them).
It's hard to stay consistent though, because it takes so much time to do everything you should (including lotion, daily face cleansers, brushing teeth, etc. etc. etc.). But I still try.

I try to excersise every now and then, and usually go to the gym two weeks out of every month. I don't mind working out, especially while listening to good music.
