Yes You read right....whatever the heck this is on amazon has it listed for about $1300 and that's on sale.... :P

It comes out on July 2nd 2009....but my question WHAT THE HECK IS IT?????!!!!!

Edit: Here is the link...I guess I was so baffled as to what this could be I forgot the link to amazon...

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/ ... eimprovemz

Second Edit - Here's what Luke our respected Site Admin said on this...which is likely true....
Luke wrote:Sorry to deflate your hopes, but it's just a bulk collection of the titles that are receiving temporary price reductions (TPRs) for eight weeks this summer (July 5 - August 29). The titles are Bedtime Stories (1-disc), National Treasure 2-Disc CE, National Treasure 2 (1-disc), High School Musical 3 (theatrical 1-disc), High School Musical 2 (extended edition), Space Buddies, Beverly Hills Chihuahua, and Prince Caspian. If you haven't gotten any of these and wanted to, it's probably worth waiting a couple of months til the discounts go into effect.
unless Disney lied to Luke I mean they would never lie to Luke or even the public for example - when Disney announces or puts in a flyer of a dvd that a movie is going to be a DVD and a 2-disc with real bonus features on the second disc they go to town and you and you can be certain they would never turn out and say it will be a lightly fluffed up edition 1-disc dvd with obscure mini-games and no real new material except for 1 deleted scene/clip that lasts 2 seconds? Would They? :P

Curiouser and curiouser.. Hmm.. a list price of nearly $1300 ..the price people would have to pay for a very, very limited barebones release of Song of the South? :P Just kidding, we know Disney wouldn't release it even at that

The link doesn't work for me, so I'm going off what's been mentioned.

WHY would they be $1300 when you can get them altogether for less than 200? Something must be slipped in.

It's not found now. Probably was an error. At that price I can't imagine anything less than a Walt Disney autograph with picture proof.

What Luke said above Is most likely true...unless its so secret at Disney even Luke doesn't know what it is but I'd say Luke's right....

Amazon sometimes put up retail only packs when they're first on their catalogue, but most often delete them later. I suspect this is a multi-pack for retailers to buy - to sell the individual titles on separately.

Not to mention that Amazon isn't exactly known for only showing legit releases - I've run into countless bootleg anime DVDs that come from Hong Kong, Korea, or other places that ship directly from Amazon, despite not even being a studio release.

And I think any random user can add stuff to their catalog (though not for sale directly through Amazon!) as I've seen some of the same items 3 or more times at different prices, through third party retailers (Stuff such as memory cards - How many listings for a Kingston 2GB SD card can one possibly need?)
