Wald Disney Treasures DVD Cases

I'm considering buying Walt Disney Treasures: The Complete Pluto (vol. 1) which is on sale from a local retailer. But, the cover is in pretty bad shape, the plastic having an awful lot of scratches from shelfwear.
So I'm wondering if new region 2 Walt Disney Treasures DVD cases can be bought from anywhere? I'm guessing not, but I'm hoping yes.
