Took awhile to get my coupons printed this afternoon. The site was extremely slow.

I think this is the 2nd free KFC grilled coupon offer. Has anyone tried it yet? I know its free, but is it any good?

I've yet to try it, but I will soon enough.

Were they only giving away free chicken? They have the best Macacroni & Cheese on the PLANET!

It was two pieces of the new grilled chicken, two sides, and a biscuit.

Only grilled? Fried is way better. (Except maybe not for Oprah and her diet... )

I didn't get the coupon, but I tried the grilled chicken at KFC today anyways. I thought it was okay, but I prefer their fried chicken much more.

A. KFC fried is nasty, especially the original recipe. Churches is a lot better.

B. I tried to use the coupon, and there was a hand-written sign on the drive-thru speaker that said they couldn't take them, but I could write my name and address on the back, and they would mail me another coupon...

C. Their coupon-printing thing really SUCKS! First, it wouldn't work on Windows 98SE (I know, ancient!), and then after trying a couple of times on a laptop with XP, it said I had already printed it the maximum number of times. There were even times when the webpage would freeze my computer.

Somehow, I got it printed, but it was a hassle. I can print out things like Movie Money, etc. on Win98 without any problem, so why would they need to make their system so difficult.

I printed out the coupons on a old computer because of the software you have to install. Some antispyware programs show it as malware/spyware, so I didn't want it on my main machine...

Anyway it took forever to print them because of the amount of people trying to access the website. I got the error that I had already printed them at first, but found a way around that. I had to clear my cookies, etc... and uninstall/reinstall the coupon software. After that it let me print 4 coupons.

I haven't tried the chicken yet, but my friend who is the assistant manager at the local KFC said the store has been packed. Some stores are even giving rain checks (plus a free drink for the trouble) because of the amount of people showing up/running out of chicken.

Oh yeah... that Coupon Printer is a nasty program... and I got the same error about already printing it. I filled out the form on the support thing.

But using my mom's computer I was able to print one as well, so who knows if I'll get two!

Yeah I used an old K6-2 350Mhz/Windows 2000 machine to print the coupons. Its basically become my coupon printer, because I don't want to install that program on my main computer and its too slow for anything else.

Anyway when I got the coupon printer to actually work it went and printed 2 coupons at once. Both with different UPC numbers. I'm not sure if you were supposed to only get one, but it printed two when I tried.

I didn't want to get a virus, so I didn't download the coupon, but Parade magazine from a couple weeks ago had a coupon for a free piece of the grilled chicken.

I was at a KFC buffet last week, and I had a piece of the grilled chicken- I didn't know it was a piece of the grilled chicken until afterwards, though (I thought it was a piece of original recipe; it shows how infrequently I eat at KFC- I like it, but I don't eat there often...but I used to work at one, so you'd think I'd recognize that it's not original recipe). Anyhoo, I much prefer the fried chicken to this grilled. I don't like chicken skin (especially when it has no crunchy coating), so I didn't like that it had the skin on. It was kind of blah and bland, especially compared to the extra crispy piece I also had. But free lunch is free lunch. The biscuits are better than the chicken, anyway. Mmmmm, KFC biscuits...(we totally need a drooling emoticon!!!)
