R.I.P. Dom DeLuise

I'll always remember him for his voice work in Oliver & Co., Fievel films, All Dogs go to Heaven, and A Troll in Central Park.

I know how you feel.....but eventually everyone dies....If there is one thing that happens for sure in this world....is that no lives forever....but while death is a sad time for friends and loved ones of the deceased....you just gotta think of all the memories and all the good times that Dom has done in his life....and thats with every death.....celebrity or not....

Thanks. Obviously inspired by "Speechless", a tribute done for Mel Blanc. Wish I had time to do tributes more often.

Dom did so much voice work. I'm surprised he didn't do more for Disney, but he seemed to mainly be a Don Bluth favorite. Always one of the best aspects of Bluth's films, which are good and sometimes great, but never quite at the Disney level. Glad he at least did one Disney character. I have yet to see "A Troll in Central Park", but I THINK I've seen it for like 5 bucks or so at Target or somewhere. I'll have to pick it up. From what I've seen on YouTube, it looks better than I thought. I hadn't been aware that it was a Bluth film.

I thought he also did some work for Disney's Aladdin The Tv series and Little Mermaid series not to mention perhaps Darkwing Duck or Chip N Dale Rescue rangers.....

I think he did a lot of Disney Animated Tv series but I know wherever Don Bluth went Dom would be in it...and I totally forgot about Jeremy the crow in Secret of Nimh.....

Interesting. I was going over his IMDB page and didn't seen any other Disney, but I could have been looking in the wrong place or they just didn't include it.

Dom Deluise and Mae West in Sextette

I was sad to read of Dom's passing too , he was a co -star of Mae West in her last outing on celluloid in 1978 Sextette and to his great credit he was one of only a couple of her co stars who didn't tell some snide or bitchy story to the press about how decrepit she had become , her age was officially 83 but some said she was 89.

The movie wasn't a great one to end a career on but had it's fun moments!

Rest In Peace Dom!
