I'm rather fond of the IT Crowd Series 2 main menu, which is shown below:

<object width="340" height="285"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/PqTb6Y-lAec&hl ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/PqTb6Y-lAec&hl ... a&border=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="340" height="285"></embed></object>

Which is a parody of this:

<object width="340" height="285"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/h4AuN6pN1kY&hl ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/h4AuN6pN1kY&hl ... a&border=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="340" height="285"></embed></object>

The Little Mermaid's is good, but..

I can't find videos or screenshots, but Beauty and the Beast on Disc 1 is my favorite, as well as Snow White's old DVD.

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring: Extended Edition - I like the classic feel of it.

Monty Python and the Holy Grail - I like the art style and how it stays true to the spirit of Monty Python.

Spamalot was hilarity on stage.

As for Fellowship, I like it. I'd also like an identical to the book photographed for the DVD. :)

I really like most of the Apatow related menus. Two of my favorites are Superbad and Pineapple Express, although I can't publish screencaps of either due to.... *ahem*.... Certain unsavory images involving male anatomy, for the former, and violence in the latter. ;)

Cheers,

I'm a big fan of the main menus for New Line's Nightmare on Elm Street boxset. Especially parts 2 and 5 (and maybe 4). Because they play pieces of the movies' scores, which are all quite good. I also love their menus for Critters and Critters 2. Another one of my favorites is Lions Gate's DVD for Dead Alive. The big splatter menu is cool, but my favorite is their menu for the Scene Selections, which goes neon and plays some cool music tracks that I don't remember hearing in the movie. Speaking of Lions Gate, they also did an amazing job on the menus for Riding the Bullet (ridiculously cool) and Open Water. I also love Criterion Collection's menu of Carnival of Souls. Beautiful, understated, eerie.

I also really like MGM's Phantasm DVD menus. And Anchor Bay's region 1 menu of Re-Animator. Anchor Bay's animated DVD menus absolutely rule! Especially Re-Animator, Near Dark (the 2-disc edition), Sleepaway Camp's 2 & 3, and Fulci's House by the Cemetery, with the camera zooming all over the house, into all the rooms for each different sub-menu. And that shot of the house from the outside with that creepy lantern light going into each of the separate windows of the 3-floor house. And the 2-disc edition of Romero's Day of the Dead, another one I love because it plays music I don't remember being in the movie.

As for the absolute best DVD Menu of all-time? My vote comes down to 2 candidates, neither of which is a real shocker. MGM's Killer Klowns from Outer Space and Anchor Bay's 2002 THX DVD of The Evil Dead. I adore the Killer Klowns menu because it's creepy and scary as hell.

But, the Evil Dead's menu is even creepier and features more of Anchor Bay's amazing traveling sub-menus that were seen on their release of House by the Cemetery. I especially love it when you select the Audio option and you're running after Cheryl in the woods. Very creepy!
