Aaron, Hanson, and Mandy Moore have made me make a Twitter account. They just don't know it. And apparently Corbin Bleu's Twitter account has been suspended, unless I made up his Twitter URL.
Anyhoo, I think my URL is [retracted] . [retracted] is my username, anyhoo.
Aaron, I think I may need your help figuring out how all the Twitter stuff works.

Hence why I refuse to join. Facebook is bad enough.

I do not join these kinds of sites (i.e. Twitter, Myspace, Facebook). I just don't see what's so great about them.

You're not the only one.
While I can see the appeal of Facebook, I'm still wondering what's the big deal with Twitter.

I registered back in Feb (by the way, the "Incredi" in my name is not a reference to Disney's
The Incredibles, but rather to the dialogue at the end of Dario Argento's 1980 film,
Inferno), made 8 "updates" total. Haven't gone back since. I'm still not exactly sure what I should really
do with it... Who cares about what I eat during the day, when I go to get my mail, when I go to work, etc.?

I don't have a twitter account, I already spend more time on the internet than I should. I don't need something else to get addicted to online.

Even though I'm replying to an old post, just though I'd chime in.
Personally, sites like Twitter and Facebook are useful if you have family that isn't really close enough that you can hang out yet it still lets you keep up to date. Or at least, that's all I use Facebook for, to send messages to the fam (it's MUCH cheaper than long distance phone calls), to keep up to date on upcoming events they're having, what they've been up to etc. Plus if I get a heads up in advance I'm usually able to plan ahead a vacation to visit in time for an event.
Other than that I couldn't care less about the features, I have about 99 different invites to groups alone never mind suggestions on what features to add etc.

I've added a few here and there, then promptly lost intrest to do the upkeep.

After having my Twitter account for a few months, I'm still making use of it. I've never been good at keeping up with these social networking sites so it's a new record for me.

Anyway, I like Twitter because it's a chance for me to say totally random things about whatever I'm up to, plus I can post artwork and photos every so often. It's also a fun way to keep tabs on what your friends are up to.
Oh, and if you're a fan of, say . . . Disney? There are lots of tweets that will keep you up to date on Disney news depending on who you're following.

Twitter sucks. What's the point to it? All it is, is you typing down what you're just doing at that very moment as if anyone should give a f*ck. Such like this:
JoeSmith I'm taking an incredible dump at the toliet! Ha! Less than 3 sec ago
I mean that's totally pointless.
