Let's hope it's true!!! :o

Matt
if it is true they better get to work on a good restoration, because the latest DVD looks HORRIBLE.

i don't see them releasing this as the first non-Platinum Blu-ray, I think when that day comes it will be a CAPS title to start it off. (Hunchback, Hercules, Tarzan...) Something that will really take advantage of what 2D animation can look like in High-Def.

I don't think this kind of movie is really made for blu-ray. If it did come out, I would not buy it unless it had superior features.

There's so much details and pencil lines in this film, I think it'd look great on blu-ray.

I personally don't see how the CAPS films would look amazing in HD. They already look good on DVD, so the leapt in quality won't be as large as say, the dark age films. It's also the dark age films that haev the worst restorations, so a HD release is warrented.

Have you seen what BatB, Aladdin, and Mulan look like with their respective clips on the Enchanted Blu-ray? Definitely better than the current DVDs.
