I am a VIP member of the Disney Movie Club, and today when I went to order, I clicked on my offer code--buy one movie at regular price and get as many as you want at half price, and when the titles were placed into the cart, the prices were wrong. I called customer service, and the cast member said that they had received several calls about a similar problem, possibly due to updates being done on the site. As it turns out, I was being charged about $8.00 too much.

Something like that happened to me a few months ago...the sale prices weren't ringing up as sale prices. I called their guest services number and I talked with a cast member. She had said that she would put a hold on my account, so the order wouldn't go through, and to call back in a couple hours so things would get straightened out, which they did.
