Towards the end of the Pirates of the Caribbean theatrical trailer, they play fast-paced music that consists mostly of strings from the sound of it, up till the title of the film comes on screen.

Does anyone know which movie this is from? Thanks for any help. :)

Dunno what it is, no, nor what movie it came from or where we can get copies. But I do know that it was also featured in the trailers for Sony's The Mask of Zorro (1998.) These trailers are on its special edition DVD.

I'd have to watch it again, but they use the theme from ALIENS a lot. If there is any action in a trailer, there's a good chance that they are using music from Aliens.

I'll never understand why the trailer wasn't included on the DVD. Never.

Neither will I, the absense of the trailers is the only real flaw with the Pirates disc I think. But the full trailer is included on the Best Buy Coming Attractions Volume 1 DVD (except at the very end instead of coming to theaters July 9 it says coming soon to Disney DVD and video) if you want it that bad. Just buy any DVD, CD, or videogame product from Best Buy and the dvd will be given to you free.
