Quick Question

Hello,
Back during the holiday season you were all probably familiar with the Buy 3 Disney movies get one free. Well I submitted my form in on time and today I got a letter back in the mail that stated: "The cash register receipt that I submitted does not indicate the correct ammount and or type of purchases indicated in the offer requirements."
Well I know what the problem is because they circled it on my receit. THe receipt says "Lilo Game" They marked next to it and said it should say Lilo DVD. I can not controll what the store puts on the receit. I have the UPC label attached for the Lilo & Stitch Islands of Adventure Game. Since they did not provide a phone number for me to call them at does anyone know where I can find a place to contact them? My mom got me these 3 DVD's so I could get a FREE one. We do this everyear.
