Hello - first time writer, long time reader. I love the site and am excited to be here with other disney fans.

i was wondering if the Love Bug dvd matched the vault disneys like 20,000 LUS (almost) did? I am crazy when it comes to having my dvds match and am constantly disapointed with ever company out there that dose not know how to make their dvds match.

YES!! and its brilliant!!!!!!! It matches the vault disney collection in every way. The extras are quite fascinating and it really gives you a greater appreciation for the dedication that the walt disney studio had and what enourmous lengths they would go to to get the desired shots on screen-- the water jumping scene took weeks. This special edition was really well worth the wait. I still havnt gone through it all. Even Buddy Hacket gets a bit teary eyed in his recollections of the film. It has everything!! 20.000 leagues is equally as compelling. I just cannot understand why so much work has gone into creating such a wonderfull s.e. with the love bug and then underpromote it. Also includes susie the little blue coupe'.

Ohhh, I can't wait for this and 20,000 Leagues to arrive, as I'm such a big fan of the first wave of the VD releases.

i'm expecting 20.00o leagues any day now my goal for now (my first was to complete the treasures collection) is the disney vault/se titles
looking forward to the love bug the most cause i haven't seen that in the longest of time and never in oar to begin with

I hadn't seen The Love Bug at all before last weekend's viewing and subsequent review. It's a fun movie, but it doesn't hold up as well as last year's 4 Vault Disney movies, IMO.

And now I'm anxiously awaiting 20,000 Leagues, which I also haven't seen. Well I've seen the Saturday Night Live parody sketch.

the only vault disney film i haven't seen before yet is pollyana
i have heard nothing but good things about it though
