While I do love SNL, I've always love MADTV.

Meh. I used to religiously watch MAD TV but no longer. I loved it during the days of Stuart, Lorraine, and Dot... but all the good alums are gone. Lee is the worst actor ever... I hate his characters.
I don't watch SNL much either.
So no big loss... *shrugs*

No big loss to me either. I do love Nicole Sullivan, but I hated MadTV, (with the exception of The Sopranos spoof and The Nutty Professor spoof), and I always felt it was a cheap imitation of SNL.

I third the "meh". It had some good talent and the very very occasional good sketch, but I really won't miss it.

Hooray! Even with any good cast members I don't think I ever laughed at a sketch (Spy Vs. Spy withstanding).
Oh and by the way...
Long live Saturday Night Live!!!

I'm not sad. I loved it back in the day, but it's just downhill now.

Yeah, i agree with everyone now. Although the new cast now is great. Nicole Parker is great! She is the best on the show.
Bring on the DVDs!

I guess I'm the only one who doesn't want it canceled?
I, too, liked it much better with the older cast members, who had my favorites, but you know...shows go downhill...but then they go back uphill...they never stay in the same spot...and since it was good before, it could be good again...
*sigh*

Miss Swan!

lol She's still my favorite.
Although I enjoy catching some of the reruns on Comedy Central every so often, I don't really care for most of the newer seasons. There were only a few characters/skits that I really loved (Miss Swan, Stuart, Lida and Melina, Dot, most of which I've only seen online).

I had no idea it had even been on TV for the last five years.
