Which Movie Is Scarier?

I have some movies I'd like to watch with my friends and we're trying to decide. Since Halloween is tomorrow, I figured I'd ask you guys what you think is the scariest movie out of these options. We're probably gonna watch the top 2 that we decide on here.

"The Ring Two" is woefully unscary. It dips into downright hilarious at certain points. I can say with all certainty that you don't need to bother with it.
None of these movies are all that chilling, but I guess I'd pick "Halloween" as my top choice. It's still pretty good.

I dont think the Saw movies are scary, been years since I have seen Holloween II, dont think I have seen the other ones.
