Any Washington Residents?

Hello I'm putting out a request to see if anyone on the forum lives near the Library of Congress in Washington?
The orchestra score to The Little Mermaid is there and it is the handwritten film score (http://lccn.loc.gov/90754017).
I'm in Canada and the library won't send that item out for interloan.
If anyone has access to the library and can do some scanning or photocopying please e-mail me at r.blackadar@gmail.com I would be willing to work out a payment for this service if necessary.
