Its been a super long time since Ive posted.
Hope this is in the right section. 8-)

My daughter is FINALLY into the Disney Princesses! I only have a couple princess dvds, Cinderella, Aladdin, Ariel, Enchanted Tales and some other one that was laid out like a story book....was wondering if you all could tell me if there are any other princess mix dvds like the enchanted one, where its actually animated, rather then the boring storybook one.
Sorry if im not making myself clear lol, looong hot day, my mind is fried.

Thanks!

You can go to disneyprincess.com and take a look at the trailers of all the DVDs from the Princesses.

Let's see:
You can buy the original movies on DVD and you can also buy Enchanted and very soon Sleeping Beauty too on Blu-Ray if you have Blu-Ray and you can also buy all the Princess movies's sequels and later you can also buy The Princess And The Frog and Rapunzel too.
About Princess DVDs,there's:
Princess Stories.
Princess Party.
Christmas Of Enchantment.
Sing Alongs.
Princess DVD Game World.
I think you should buy the Sing Alongs and Princess DVD Game World, the Princess Stories is pretty much episodes from The Little Mermaid and Aladdin TV shows and some cheap story about another Princess (Volume 1 has Cinderella and Belle, volume 2 has Snow White and volume 3 has Cinderella),Princess Party is a bunch of games with episodes from The Little Mermaid and Aladdin shows and stories from Belle's Magical World,Christmas Of Enchantment is a DVD about Christmas, there's 2 songs with all of the Princesses and other shorts, but the only ones about the Princesses are an Ariel story,Aurora clip and a Belle song from Beauty And The Beast II.
Hope it helps :D.

Most of the other Princess DVDs (I'm not talking about the movies...) are pretty worthless. I'd say just wait for Enchanted Tales to finally have a second volume... Plus get all the original films.... and.... their sequels! :P

Yeah, that's the reason why I bought Enchanted Tales, the Sing Alongs are good but I think only the Volume 1 is great, the others (Espically Volume 3) doesn't look good.
The DVD Game World is any good?.
And I wonder what's going on with volume 2 of Enchanted Tales :? we haven't heard anything yet.

the DVD game really stinks! a big waste of money! I had to do the game for my niece and she got bored of it really quick lol. BIGG waste of money, I wouldnt have bought it if I knew it would have been like that. The Dog game is the same, waste of money!

Really? I was thinking but now I think I"m glad I didn't :D.
So I guess none of them can beat Enchanted Tales :D.

Well, Enchanted Tales pretty much sucked in comparison to the animated originals, so I would just stick to the actual films. From my experiences with family that is younger, they seem to like The Little Mermaid, Cinderella, and Aladdin the best.

I actually think they might as well just make an animated series based on the princesses.... (I know I'm gonna get jabs for saying that  ) Something like Enchanted Tales shown every week on the Disney channel.... or some crap like that! :P

It's really not a bad idea. It doesn't HAVE to be crap and people would be more accepting of it if it came as a TV series. In fact, they'd probably rave about it if it was even near the quality of the Enchanted Tales DVD but was in TV series form. People accept lower quality from a TV series, but for some reason they expect direct-to-video releases to be feature film quality. Anyway, Enchanted Tales was cute enough and I wouldn't mind a series like that, IF Disney is good enough to sell it in season sets, and IF they'll do that in a reasonable time frame like everyone else.

It's a TDV,not a feature film, even Ariel's Beginning,Cinderella III,and Lion King 1 1/2 didn't have quality as a feature film,I think the animation was good,Aurora looked great and I think Jasmine looked much better there then in both the series and the Aladdin cheapquels.
Poody-I remember there was a thread here about an aritcle in Wikipedia a Princess TV series (It had the old 8 Princesses and it was in Japan),it could work as a TV series (And they should add the new Princesses too) but some of them already have their own shows.
