I was just looking at the Burj Dubai website and I couldn't help noticing the similarities between the plan for it and Walt's original plans for Epcot. Take a look at the "In & Around" section of the site.

Dubai in itself is just one big Disneyland theme park, we have freaky islands in the shape of a palm tree (3) and one in the shape of the world, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a Mickey-Mouse shaped island with a theme park on it.
