Moon Pilot line-up

I thought this might be worth a shot.
For years I have wondered, who is the actress in the police line up, towards the end of the film 'Moon Pilot,' that is reciting "We are known, only to the dark and silent trees... Knock it off!... We are all symbols searching for a status..."
I know that I know both the face and the voice, yet I have not been able to place them.
Does anybody have any ideas as to who this might be?
(I believe that Jo Anne Worley appears in the first line up)
